Challenge is actually one of the most valuable life experiences. Over the last few years, I’ve been setting higher and higher goals in order to step out of my established comfort zone. Self-confidence plays a crucial role here as much as the desire to enjoy new experiences.

My twelve years of experience in consulting firms provided me with strong skills in analysis, design and the optimization of processes, systems, architectures, web and mobile applications in a number of fields (banking, marketing, military security). I decided to leverage this wealth of experience and founded IQUII with Mirko in 2011.

Usually, when you pursue a dream or a change, you find yourself thinking big and wanting to take huge steps forward, disregarding the intermediate growth phases. I’ve learnt that failure, more often than not, occurs when you can’t yet walk, but you’re going to take big steps. That’s the most dangerous mistake. You have to create an incremental growth path enabling you to plan the next goal, once you have achieved one small goal.

So we worked hard in the first year to keep IQUII small, lean and fast. Afterwards, we carefully managed its growth in order to create a fully innovative company. Today, we’re proud of what we are achieving: a special observatory dedicated to the latest trends, a sophisticated lab where we experiment creatively, a team of great professionals – and a story that is only just beginning.
