There seems to be something inside of us that somehow leads us to great accomplishments. That something is our inner drive to excel. When I was a kid, I used to do odd jobs and I couldn’t help but size people up to genuinely understand their needs and provide them with the best service. And as a pragmatic person, I’ve always loved solving problems.

I began exploring my talents and at some point in my life, I approached financial management. I soon realized that my passion for the financial field needed to be refined. So, in 2003, Fabio and I founded Aditusnet, our first IT company, and I immediately focused on improving my skills, achieving better results year by year.

In 2011, we created IQUII with all our passion, expertise and the lessons learnt over the years. And speaking of lessons, when you decide to become an entrepreneur in Italy, you’ve got a lot to study. I’m convinced that sustainable business practices are key to success.

In light of that, I’m working to enhance IQUII’s financial stability: Fabio represents acceleration, I am the engine. We’ve always set ourselves challenging goals and so far, we’ve achieved them all. Today, our company is well-positioned and we share our vision and passion with a team of amazing professionals. We know who we are and what we want and this is what makes us strong and confident about the future.
