DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for making decisions and designing strategies, with budget responsibilities.

You will oversee technology performance metrics, all system design and architecture changes.

You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards of development practices.

You will have responsibility for managing resources and infrastructure to meet business objectives while staying abreast of technology trends and developments.

You will be our top technology expert who will identify, select and implement technology solutions to meet current needs and anticipate future needs.

You will develop you will monitor and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, personnel and operations.

You will work directly reporting to the CEO, also interfacing with the Marketing & Operations areas to define and deliver new and evolving products.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in the role
• 8+ years of management experience
• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or STEM area
• In-depth knowledge of architecture, design and development of multitouchpoint digital platforms
• Project management expertise in IT, Web and systems integration projects
• Copetence in design of data acquisition, management and protection systems
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
• Problem solver

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science or similar relevant field
