You will be in charge of selling software products, consulting services and development projects for IT – Software solutions related to cross markets (Finance, Retail and Sport in primis), with particular attention in maintaining and growing assigned customers.You will be placed within the sales team with direct relationship with the Sales Manager, with the main objective of developing Cross-Selling and Upselling actions with customers, monitoring the demands of the target market and identifying the strategies and actions to be taken. In addition, you will follow the entire lifecycle of managed business negotiations.
You will develop customer relationships and generate partner agreements; develop solution presentations/offers (in collaboration with accounts and technical teams).
You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technical solutions, helping to create and close relevant contracts.
You will also lead the creation of new initiatives and expand business with current key customers, oversee the sales process and strategy development, and orchestrate the approvals needed at each stage of the new business management process.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients to drive their business agenda.
