IQUII becomes the digital evolution pole of Be – Shaping the Future group

IQUII becomes the digital evolution of Retail, Finance and Sport sectors leader brand, inside the Be – Shaping the Future group, aiming to become an advanced solutions pole in digital engagement and loyalty.

IQUII will become the most advanced operator in designing mobile and web interactions, digital engagement solutions and loyalty platforms, in the same industries where it always operated in: Finance, Retail and Sport, with a full set of tools now enriched by Juniper Extensible Solutions, which will be fully merged into IQUII, along with its know-how and resources.

This evolution is a new growth phase, aimed not just to the merge of all the digital platforms of the various companies within the group, but also to new M&A opportunities in the Digital, Augmented/Virtual Reality, A.I., gaming and eSports sectors, strengthened by the full financial support of the Be – Shaping the Future group.

The robust financial setup will allow us to face the challenges of the growing demand of digital services. Our recent test bench has been the World Ski Championship – Cortina 2021, the first global event to be enjoyed remotely thanks to the technological and strategical support provided by IQUII as Official Digital Provider.

Mirko Lalli will continue to lead as the C.E.O. and Fabio Lalli is confirmed in his Chief Business & Innovation Director role.
