Spezia Calcio has decided to invest in digital transformation by relying on IQUII’s strategic and technological consulting, with the aim of bringing to life an omnichannel ecosystem capable of involving all stakeholders, fostering an integrated Fan Experience through the transition from fragmented interaction to an always-on relationship, strengthening the relationship with fans, partners and territory.
From the collaboration between the Ligurian team and IQUII, its Official Digital Provider, was born the Spezia Calcio Official App, the mobile touchpoint based on the SportXP platform that allows La Spezia fans to have at their disposal – and in a single solution – all the information and services concerning the club and their favorites, as well as preferential access to exclusive and innovative features that allow fans to live their passion for the club as protagonists.
The Sport Platform, by centralizing all the information scattered on the different brand touchpoints, allows the club to activate increasingly targeted and personalized marketing strategies, developed on a data-driven approach, and to offer a personalized service on each fan.
Through the mobile platform developed by IQUII, club fans can:
stay up-to-date on all team news and appointments
access multimedia content
access exclusive content such as in-app commentary
take part in Fan Engagement initiatives designed to engage and entertain users such as the Fan Cam, MVP and surveys
