Klopman International s.r.l. is a leader in Europe for the production of work clothes for over 50 years, with three business areas dedicated to different fields: Workwear, Protectivewear and Corporatewear.




Klopman chose IQUII for the development of the native mobile app for iOS devices (tablets and smartphones) in order to simplify the processes of:

  • lead acquisition;
  • contact management during events and fairs;
  • updating and synchronization of the corporate CRM.


Anyone who has participated in fairs and events for work knows the difficulties involved in collecting contacts with potential customers. Difficulties related to data collection (forms to fill out, business cards, scattered sheets), to plurality of media (first on a calendar, then on the phone, then email) and to the risk of losing all the work done because of the confusion. Not to mention the consent to privacy to be signed.

The B2B app for Klopman was born precisely to respond to these needs. Thanks to this solution, agents and sales staff can fill out the cards directly from their smartphones and tablets. Moreover data mapping (personal and non-personal data) and synchronization are provided automatically as the app is integrated with Klopman’s CRM.

Furthermore, with the integration of OCR (optical character recognition) technology, the sales force has at its disposal an additional functionality to speed up the acquisition process and to automatically detect information from business cards of the fair visitors.


The Klopman app is developed for iOS (Universal, iPhone / iPad).

  • feed the CRM automatically with structured data.

  • the elimination of cards (which also involved the risk of loss of information);
  • the lowering of the costs of the post event data entry in the corporate CRM.
