Considering its growing importance, the Firm has felt the need to expand its staff and redesign its HR concept, through an optimized and leaner Recruitment process.

PROJECT

After completing the complete restyling of its corporate website and the sites of foreign offices, Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati has chosen us for the construction of the Careers platform, with a modern design, oriented to the acquisition process and easier management of applications and CVs.

From a careful study on the functioning of the Recruitment platforms and after having fully understood the needs of the client, we have put in place the construction of a platform that could describe the working environment of the Firm, transmit its values and allow aspiring candidates (Neolaureati and Professionals in the sector) to send their data and their CV in a simple and fast way.

CAREERS

Based on our analysis and strategic approach, we have created a platform divided into two macro-sections. In the first one, whose goal is the Brand Information, the main focus is on the company, which presents itself to the user by illustrating its mission, its vision and its values, explaining what is its reference market, what are its areas of activity and career paths possible internally.

The second part has as its objective the Call to Action and focuses on Recruitment, with a Job Search section that divides the flow of users between undergraduates / new graduates looking for Internships and more qualified people for more specialized positions. To make the Recruitment process clearer, the site offers users two sections: one to explain how a job interview works, the other to present some authentic testimonies of people who work (or have worked) for company.

Connect Careers is the backend platform that allows the total management of applications, both on the user side with the display of the status of the application, and on the admin side with the control of all applicants. Within the platform there are also analytics to improve the flow of selection within the company and where it is possible to leave feedback for each candidate and create appointments directly from the site.

With the implementation of Connect, the dedicated engine of the Careers platform, the Studio now has a more powerful tool for brand storytelling.
